A delicious, easy to prepare shrimp recipe that has a New England flavor.Ingredients | Bonjour Rare Classic Brandy1 (16 ounce) package dry fettuccini noodles¼ cup olive oil1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined6 green onions, thinly sliced4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced¼ cup brandy2 large tomatoes, diced½ cup dry white wine½ cup butter½ cup chopped fresh basil2 teaspoons salt1 teaspoon pepper½ cup grated Parmesan cheeseDirectionsBring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute shrimp until pink. Stir in green onions, garlic and brandy. Carefully ignite brandy with a match, or the gas flame. Cook for 2 minutes. Add chopped tomatoes, and cook 2 minutes. Stir in wine and butter, and season with basil, salt and pepper.
